I had a wonderful stay at the Maui Coast Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's location was perfect—it's conveniently located and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and other attractions. One of the best parts was the beautiful beach directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy the ocean whenever I wanted. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend the Maui Coast Hotel to anyone visiting Maui!

Our stay at the Maui Coast Hotel was truly exceptional! The staff was so attentive and gave us everything we needed before we even knew we needed it. Our rooms were ready before check in time upon our arrival and we were greeted with cold towels and great advice for a lunch spot. We ate a delicious meal at Miso Phat sushi which was in convenient walking distance. The pool and hot tub facilities were incredible and we took advantage of the poolside restaurant and bar. Our highlight was utilizing the amenity packed hospitality suite after our checkout. We will definitely be coming back!

We were enjoying our stay at your hotel until our last evening, when an interaction with one of your front desk staff, Leainne, completely changed our impression. On June 20, my daughters and I went to the front desk to request the removal of one night's parking fee because we had returned our rental car a day early. The other staff member was helping a guest, so we approached Leainne. She was leaning on the counter looking at her nails and did not greet us or step forward to assist. I explained our request, and although English is not my first language, instead of asking me to clarify, she simply stared at me silently for several seconds before saying, "I don't understand." The interaction made me feel embarrassed and unwelcome. My daughter then explained the request, and Leainne simply replied, "Okay, it's good," without any further explanation or courteous customer service. Front desk staff are the face of a hotel, and I believe Leainne would benefit from additional customer service training, especially in communicating respectfully with international guests when there is a language barrier. It's disappointing that this experience overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable stay in Maui. Your hotel has comfortable rooms and great amenities, but poor customer service left a lasting negative impression. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not choose to stay at your hotel again.

Excellent choice in Kihei for an older hotel with small rooms.

Was good

I stayed for seven nights in a Kai Tower King room and had a wonderful experience. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed, a large smart TV, and excellent soundproofing --I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms. The beach is literally across the street, and the hotel's pools are fantastic as well. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, making it a very convenient location. I honestly don't have a single negative thing to say about my stay. I really enjoyed my time here and will definitely be returning on my next trip to Maui.

Staff was lovely! Food amazing at the cafe and pool bar. Room was very clean. Have stayed here twice and both times were amazing!

Very helpful by accommodating early check-in, and later departure. We only stayed one night, but definitely enjoyed the poolside live evening entertainment. Our room tastefully renovated, clean, and all staff were kind
