Front desk staff very helpful; cleaning staff not up to the standards of a 4star hotel. A/C is very European - great within 5 feet of blower but never really cools the room.

We have started our holiday nicely. The staff was nice but the management was not. It was 7:45 at the morning, the hotel was under the construction. The construction noise was unbearable and made it impossible for us to rest or stay. I couldn’t image the families with babies what they’ve done. That’s why we checked out earlier than we planned. I strongly suggest to ask if it will continue, think twice to stay.

Le service du personnel sur place impeccable,les autrichiens savent recevoir,ils font tout pour vous satisfaire que vous soyez content et confortable.tres propre. On a tout aimé,le petit déjeuner surtout,La chambre assez grande pour Europe,la position près du métro et du centre-ville.des excellents restaurants pas loin. On recommande vraiment.

The staff was very friendly. In room beverages were excellent. We loved our tour on Saturday morning. The woman who ran the tour was very knowledgeable and we loved the out of the way places she showed us. I would recommend this property to friend.
