LIBER HOTEL OSAKA

I imagine that virtually everyone staying at Liber Hotel is there to visit Universal Studios. The hotel itself was wonderful. The breakfast was incredibly lavish—almost like a dinner—and tasted delicious. It was a real treat to find hot spring baths waiting for us when we returned, exhausted from a day at the park. We were a group of six, and when we asked the staff to arrange a large taxi to Shin-Osaka Station, they provided a vehicle that exceeded our expectations. There was also a Kuroneko Yamato (Yamato Transport) service on-site, allowing us to ship six suitcases to Tokyo right from the hotel. If I had one minor wish, it would be for a few more shops in the immediate vicinity.

The location is very convenient to Universal, Aquarium & the city of Osaka and other places. Definitely will stay here again.

I stayed at LIBER Hotel Osaka during a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it very easy to get around Osaka and visit nearby attractions. The room was spacious, very clean, and offered a great view. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and room service was very good. The breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay, with a wide variety of high-quality options. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides luggage carts, but guests are expected to transport their own luggage to their rooms. Some assistance from the staff would have been appreciated, especially after a long journey. I also purchased access to the lounge, but it was disappointing and not worth the additional cost. It is simply an open seating area on the first floor with coffee, water, and a few small cookies. It did not feel like a true executive lounge or offer enough amenities to justify the price. When I requested a two-hour late checkout, the front desk immediately calculated an additional charge of approximately $220 for my one room. After a lengthy discussion, they agreed to extend my checkout by only one additional hour at no charge. I found the initial approach to customer service to be inflexible. I also paid for access to the sauna but unfortunately never had time to use it. Because the hotel is located next to Universal Studios Japan, it was filled children

I looked at the same dirty dishes in plain sight at the 3F breakfast buffet for 3 days. It makes me question the rest of the items. The staff in the onsen were incredibly rude. The front desk was amazing.

Excellent choice if you’re visiting USJ, the Sakurajima station is right out the front door providing quick and easy access to Universal City Walk and the main gate for Universal. Staff was friendly and helpful as well as personable. Check in was a breeze with multilingual staff on hand and at the ready. I would recommend this hotel greatly. Will absolutely be back I am certain. TLDR: Stay here! Great value, Deceptively Close to the park, great rooms with park or harbor views!

The staff couldn’t do enough …….they were super helpful ,excellent . The hotel lobby was gorgeous and facilities great . The room had an amazing room of universal which was an added bonus . The hotel was very convenient for the park and train station . Would definitely stay again .

Beautiful property. Great views. Dinner wasn’t that great but spread was nice.

Definitely recommend & close to the airport.
