Fast check in process with a waived deposit. Elevator permit outdated a few years. Decent room but included damaged furniture. Convenient laundry facilities. Ice machine down below. Balcony access from room.

Staff has poor communication. They knew about construction that was taking place over night, in which they would need to turn power off to the whole hotel. They didn't even tell me when I checked in , no sign to give you a heads up. I woke up to no power no lights and no hot water to shower. Unacceptable.

Horrible stay walls are rhin and you can hear everything and the staff doesn't speak English
