The hotel is small, but cozy; breakfast was excellent. We found everyone most accommodating, very helpful. There has to be a great management too to hire people with charisma & willing to help at any time. It would have made our stay much easier though if there would have been a bottle of water in the room & tissues. Also the lighting in the room was poor. We found the location fantastic, as there are many stores, supermarket, Mall & restaurants at walking distance. The Marina across the hotel was great to walk or run. I will definitely stay there again.

Great service in the roof bar area, menu options good and quality of food very good. Breakfast has a large choice of quality food.

my go to hotel in Rio if the price is reasonable located 10 minute walk from botafogo metro station bus stop 20 yards the hotel yoo2 hotel really is a great hotel clean , modern ,decent size room , nice hot shower , good selection for breakfast, good wifi & an amazing rooftop bar / restaurent area

Rooftop bar amazing views

Room was well supplied; breakfast was good; staff were helpful. Overall, compact and thoughtfully equipped, with a comfortable and welcoming feel.

Wifi is unstable, rooms are clean bathrooms it depends what you consider clean! Breakfast is good, co working space is not available on floor 1, the do have a room to reserve but only one. For a 5 star hotel it lacks the wow factor and the amenties. Staff are great!

The room was awful! I was woken up continuously by the construction outside but worse than that… the cleaners screaming, talking on their phones on loud speaker and banging every door and piece of furniture in the rooms above, and next too! I paid for a hotel to get some sleep! I didn’t sleep.

Breakfast was amazing each day with the best fresh juices. Rooftop restaurant/pool/bar had the most amazing views.

I stayed at the Yoo2 in Rio for personal business, and I am very happy that I stayed here. It was safe, comfortable, and has the most beautiful rooftop bar anywhere. Location is great if you need to stay close to Centro but want to be more in the outskirts of the city. The staff was notably helpful, but I have to especially give an A+ shout out to Gabriel at the front desk for going above and beyond to help me when I needed it. I will be forever grateful for his assistance and support. Also, this hotel was responsive to my messages through Expedia messaging which I appreciate. The food was good and the breakfast was amazing. Love the fresh honey comb and variety of extras. Really very good quality breakfast in a beautiful space. A little more lighting in the rooms would be welcome, but overall, the room was comfortable, and I slept very, very well. Not always easy for me, so notable. Supportive mattress. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner provided. My massage by Amanda through the Bossa Spa was absolutely fantastic. Magic. I spent a lot of time researching a hotel that would suit me for my trip to Rio. It was not for a vacation, rather a safe, comfortable spot to take care of things in Centro for a couple of days, and it was perfect for that. That said, I would not hesitate to stay there for a vacation either. The view from the rooftop absolutely cannot be beat, and it gave me peace and space to relax during some stressful moments. So very happy for my stay there. It
