Morgan Hotel

Room was clean . Room had air conditioning. Staff couldn't be more friendly/helpful . Great location

Room was comfortable, good size, with air conditioning. Refrigerator was noisy; I had to turn it off in order to sleep. Breakfast was OK; not much options for fresh fruit.

Fantastic location! Easy to get to via light rail transit from LHR, and much cheaper than a taxi. Many sights are within a 30-40 min walk (Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, etc.). Great restaurants and shopping in close proximity. Very helpful staff, easy check in and out. Excellent included breakfast. Room was comfortable, the AC worked well (it was 33C + while there), and the bed was very comfortable. On top floor (3rd) and no lift. Fine except getting luggage up. Would certainly stay again.

We loved this hotel. We had a large comfortable room with a courtyard seating area which was great. The breakfast was good, location is perfect for getting around central London. We would definitely stay again.

Was a little taken aback though when told our accomodation was out of the building and 5 doors further down the street. Had to walk back to the main building each day for breakfast. The lock on the front door out to the street of our building is not secure enough, the latch barely meets catch on the other side. Building is very old and tired but clean. We were there just 1 day after extreme temperatures the previous 4 days and it was so hot inside for days even though the temperature outside had decreased. There were 2 fans which helped somewhat but with only 1 window able to be opened the heat did not escape. Breakfast was adequate. Location was great. A short walk to train stations and lots of eateries.

Lovely little hotel in a good Central location. Air conditioning was much appreciated as it was a very hot weekend. Breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, breakfast was better than I expected. Great stay!

Good on the whole but there was no plug in the basin in the bathroom. Cleanliness was good and breakfast good too.

Our room/apartment was clean, the kitchenette was replenished with tea, coffee, etc. each day, and our towels and bedding were changed daily. Our shared apartment was very good value we felt, and the breakfast provided was very welcome. We would certainly stay at the Morgan Hotel again in the future.
