Even though the casino hotel area is under construction it was still good, love the Promenade tower rooms

Clean room, but not stocked with amenities. Also the inability to use my own Roku stick for streaming my favorite shows was poor form, AppleTv is not supported by google cast

Enjoyed all aspects of trip. Even with re-modeling in progress, it was still awesome. We look forward to visiting again and trying out the golf course and enjoying some of the entertainment.

Rooms were very nice with lots of room and amenities. Currently the registration desk is being remodeled, but the temporary desk handled visitors promptly. The one disappointment was the pool which was uncomfortably hot (both the water and the room) ... it felt more like a hot tub (which we didn't use). Maybe they purposely do it so that visitors won't use it and spend more time in the casino??

We had a clean room. The check in took forever. Everything at Mystic is too expensive. Food, rooms, drinks. Its ridiculous. They dont have a small convenience type store either so you better not forget anything at home. Whomever owns this casino only cares about 1 thing......Money.
