Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview

The wallpaper was curling off the walls, carpets were stained, the pool was dirty and the wifi was dreadful… but we got the hotel knowing we wouldn’t be there long as we planned to be out and about all day. The stay itself was overall disappointing, but I do have to say that the staff were extremely nice, honest and super helpful. When we first got to the hotel, the first thing we did was get ice for our room, and we only found one of the ice machines actually working. Our TV wasn’t working and the remote batteries were dead as well, which didn’t help. We decided to run a bath, and I put it on the hottest temperature while unpacking our bags. When I went to go check the tub (which was almost full) the water was stone cold. We had someone from maintenance come in and she was able to get hot water for us. The room itself smelled really damp and musky - everything there was dated, damaged and needing replacement. Honestly, you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what we got. What I do have to say is how incredibly helpful the staff were, not once did we receive any attitude or negative experience at all. They were extremely helpful and accommodating and we never had to wait for support. Unfortunately we did ultimately leave early because we weren’t comfortable in the space.

The room was very basic. No fridge or microwave

Our room was not ready half hour before check-in so offered another room. Room smelled funky and bathroom appeared clean but smelled like urine. Bathtub finish was peeling and stained. Beds were comfy enough and reception was friendly.

Nice place to stay. Super comfortable, clean for the price. Our second tome here. Will definitely go back. Location is awesome.

We liked the room but the toilet was too low and I fell when I went to sit down. There was no refrigerator in the room but we could order one at a cost. The restaurant, IHop was only open from 7am to 2pm...check-in was at four so no restaurant available until the next morning. It was a great location, walking distance to falls and to casino. The staff were great.

The room was dirty stains on the bathroom floor piping from an old toilet sticking out of the wall, mold all over the floor and ceiling in the bathroom. The room had a bad smell air conditioning unit was really noisy, the walls between the beds were never cleaned at eye view. This Ramada has been run down over the years I wouldn't be staying there at all.

We arrived and as usual, the first thing i do is check the cleanliness of the room, everything seemed great until i checked the sheets, there were make up stains on the sheets and pillow covers, i called the front desk and told them i needed everything changed, they sent room service to change the sheets and duvet cover as requested, however, the new duvet cover was stained and had what seemed like a blood stain on it, disgusting. We did not feel comfortable sleeping on this bed and eneded up checkong out after our outing.

Honestly, the restaurant next to them was really disappointing. The staff were rude and irritated, they made mistakes with the billing, and they even argued over a $15 coupon Toilet seat of the washroom is very tight and uncomfortable especially for male

Perfect stay

Is expensive and they charge u separate for everything …pool …towels …parking …only 1 toilet paper … no ligths in the back parking lot
