This is my family’s go to hotel in London. It’s clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is delicious and there is a large variety on the menu. The hotel is well located to the Metropolitan Line and so fantastic it’s ideal for concerts at Wembley Stadium. Thank you.

Great location walkable to many things and easy walking to the tube. Restaurant on site with a standard buffet breakfast, which was fine nothing exceptional, but very friendly helpful staff. Room was comfortable. Restaurant is in the basement so it’s not really somewhere you would want to go for dinner. The aesthetics are not terribly nice. You can get snacks and drinks in the bar lobby, but often you have to call someone for service there because no one is around so that was a little tricky as they have a bar scan code on your phone. You can use to call someone, but it only worked half the time. Overall, a lovely hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff so welcoming. The room was very comfortable and had everything we would need. Overall a great find and perfect to located for a night away in the city. Would definitely stay again!

I booked this room for my birthday as I had celebrations in London. Before checking in, the team was very helpful. However when I arrived, I can’t say the same. The team said I would allowed to put my birthday cake in the fridge, but when getting to the reception she said they don’t do that and who told me it would be okay. I explained the team told me it was fine via email. When getting to the room, the bathroom was quite dirty and the towels had a stain on it. One of my friends was meeting me in the hotel, however, the hotel staff stopped him and didn’t let him come upstairs because he was dressed a certain way. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The staff were so helpful when I had an issue (my own mistake). The rooms are great, decent size for London. Bar food was tasty and not overpriced. Air conditioning was very powerful - needed in the 34° evening temperature. Good for transport links.

Quieter side street, beautiful lobby, good sized room with a comfy bed, and lovely, lovely air conditioning. We will definitely revisit Gem Fitzrovia!

The property was clean and in a great central location, near Regent Park, Soho, the British Museum, etc. The lobby was a cozy place to hang out and the breakfast was an easy way to start the day.
