The hotel location was great, walking distance to everything. The morning breakfast had a good selection but they will run out of eggs and the eggs they do have were pretty runny, even the boiled ones. The main part of my three star review comes from the maintenance of the room. I got a suite with a jacuzzi and balcony. The air conditioning didn’t work well at all, we had to ask for a fan and keep the doors open. Secondly, the bathroom tile, baseboards, walls looked awful. I would never take a bath because the jacuzzi looked gross, there were grout stains and big yellow tile stains as well and a patched hole in the wall… not sure how old This hotel is but they need to refurbish everything. I wouldn’t stay there again. Also, the pillows are flat and small and the sheets feel very scratchy. Bad sleeping experience overall.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful, very professional. I always have a pleasant stay here and will come again. The location is perfect and the restaurant has high quality food and service. I highly recommend this hotel for new travelers.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Turgay and Mustafa are very friendly and pleasant to interact with. The room is always clean on my arrival from a day out exploring.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful— housekeeping, porters, waiters, and receptionists alike. The service was amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Semih, Yunus, and Timeh were particularly great. Fantastic location!

Wonderful location right next to the tram station, close to all the main attractions, and with easy access to plenty of great restaurants. The entire staff is very friendly and treats guests like family. Special thanks to the receptionists—Timur and Yunus—who are incredibly helpful and offer excellent hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!
