All was acceptable accommodations. The elevator situation was annoying enough to make me choose another hotel. The building was showing it's age. Also there were several insects sharing the water stations when trying to use. Location was good.

සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු I left my engagement ring by the pool and went back to retrieve it and it was gone. There was no one there but security guard. When I asked them to review the cameras to see who picked up my ring he told me the cameras are not working. Lie.

Room maintenance is bad. Water leaking on the shower Head. Air conditioner not able to set temperature control. 2 of the Lift are so old that 4 adults will cos overload. Peaks hour may need to wait 15 minutes or more to get the Lift and another 5 to 7 minutes to reach lobby. Experience your self if you want to know why.
