සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The food was bland and not appetizing. The breakfast was good, the staff on Reception was very argumentative over even simple requests, kept nagging us while breakfast and also on the occupancy details like my kids age even after booking an executive Suite. The Mgr had to intervene to keep the Staff professional. This hotel left a bad taste and worst first impression. Please avoid this if you can.

There is a garbage dump next to the property and the access road is a narrow, dusty lane. Bathroom looked dated and run down. Food was okay. Not a premium experience.

The staff were v attentive and helpful. Esp happy with Indrajit. The only negative was the fact that they on Sundays they do not have any a l carte restaurant service - we had to have an expensive buffet which we were to tired to do any justice to.

Cons 1) unclean pool 2)soiled towels 3) unfortunately the flush tank was not in best condition and leaking.
Overall did not feel worth paying for the suite room
