For the room comfort, condition and cleanliness, I would have ranked this hotel with 4 stars, but this was my only stop in Japan where I encountered a very impersonal and unhelpful service, both during check in and during breakfast. Otherwise, the location of the hotel is conveniently next to a train station that is only a couple of stops from the main Nagoya station. There are several dining options within walking distance. The room was nice with a view of the city, with the only drawback being that the sink is separated from the room only by a roller blind. The breakfast was fine in terms of food quality and selection, but way overpriced and extremely chaotic and unpleasant due to the arrangement of the dining room.

ホテルへのアクセスが分かりにくかった。名古屋駅から歩いてアプローチする際の行程が複雑。ビルについてからのエレベータも分かりにくかった。笹島ライブ駅からのアクセスは良好。

The room was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was both wonderful and healthy. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Nagoya.
