Em geral atendentes são educados, porem um funcionario que nao falava inglês foi muito rude no dia do check-out. Batendo a porta enquanto eu estava saindo, mesmo eu tendo pedido check-out tardio.

Amenities are minimal and poor. No good ventilation, can't upgrade even when willing to pay. Can't get fan to lease or use on the hotel and can't buy one to use due to electrical safety testing. Asked for a fan but was told by staff that I am 8th on waiting list for a basic fan at temperature of excess of 39 degrees.
