I loved our room, a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Great size for a long stay, with full size refrigerator, dressers, bathroom drawer space, great closet in the master bedroom, great pillows. The carpet by my dresser felt sticky, but that's why you don't place personal items that need to be clean on the floor. The stove kept turning off when I was boiling eggs, but I understand its a safety feature. The only negative was that the buffet breakfast was not available due to remodeling. A breakfast with protein was a primary factor in choosing where to stay so this was very disappointing. I wish I was told this prior to booking; maybe that's a Hotels.com problem rather than the hotel. Also, they have free laundry, but buy or bring your supplies. They charge $5 for a single detergent pod or for 2 dryer sheets.

The room ventilation system was noisy and inefficient. During my stay, there was only a continental breakfast, and it was awful. There was supposed to be 24 hour coffee in the lobby, but it was unavailable when I had to leave very early for an appointment.

I booked through Expedia for my room and there was an issue with the system because the hotel recently switched their system, so when I arrived after a VERY long drive with kids in hand, they didn't have a room for me. Gary on the front desk was truly a gem and tried his best to help us. The hotel has great potential and I can see they're making changes but needs so improvements. The hot breakfast shown in the photos for the hotel is NOT accurate right now because they are renovating their kitchen, so the hottest thing they have is a bagel in a toaster. When we book for our teens we always look for a hearty breakfast so this was super disappointing as we ended up going else where for breakfast. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms could use a little update, our tub ran for the first day and a half no matter how tight we adjusted the faucet lol. I imagine in a year this place will be great!

There is no hot breakfast or nightly social for the foreseeable future. Construction is happening and there is a lot of noise and people running around. I would not recommend until all of that is over. Very disappointed and wished I had known what I was getting into. Totally ruined my trip to Burlington.

The hotel was under remodel. The room size was amazing we had a two bedroom suite great for a large family! However there were no wash clothes soaps were almost empty. It was like the room had not been restocked. We used the pullout couch but could not find the sheets and pillows. Staff only able to provide one sheet. (We found them later but they were in a very hard to find spot.) However it was clean and just going through a lot of construction

Hotel is under remodeling. Pool was not available to be used needed a part coming from China. Went with this hotel as it had a hot breakfast but because of the renovation only had a continental breakfast. Hotel was undergoing a system upgrade and had to wait to check in after 4 pm. Will be very nice once renovations are all done.
