Elevator was a bit slow at times, and the air conditioner took quite some time to cool room as when you leave room you have to take key card with you which cuts off all electricity. Other than that, decent 3 star place. :)

Our stay at Bon Ami Hotel was fantastic and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh. 
The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. We also loved the new restaurant, where the buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The hotel itself was spotless, and the high standard of cleanliness was evident throughout our stay. 
What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Every team member was friendly, knowledgeable, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. 
We would especially like to thank the hotel receptionist Linh, for her outstanding customer service. She not only helped us book a tour but also went above and beyond by meticulously following up with the tour company to confirm the correct pick-up and drop-off times. She kept us informed of any changes, giving us complete peace of mind. Her attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care for guests are truly commendable.
 Thank you Linh and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We are grateful for your wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend Bon Ami Hotel, and look forward to returning on our next visit.

hotel is conveniently located near the Ben Thanh Market in District 1, within walking distance to many popular tourist sites. I arrived earlier, but Anna at the front desk was able to allocate a room and let me check in earlier. Really appreciate her help suggesting what to do around the city. There is also a Michelin restaurant right by the hotel offering authentic Vietnamese food, very good.
