Our room had black mold, a soaking wet carpet and smelt worse than any room I have ever been inside in my life. They refused to move us into a new room or refund. I would never recommend staying there. The location was great but that was about it. Very disappointing and gross.

My reservation wasn’t found by staff. Thankfully they were able to accommodate me and find 2 rooms to replace my 2 room suite.

We checked in and immediately noticed a strong, unpleasant smell in the room. On top of that, there was active construction directly outside our window, and the noise was so loud we couldn’t stay in the room for even a minute. Given the combination of the smell, the construction noise, and staff refusing to offer any solution, we had no choice but to leave and book a different hotel for the night. We did not end up staying here at all.

Great hotel. Fire pit was the best at night. It looks like such a cute little Mexican village. Such an amazing ambiance. Worth the Black Friday deal 100%

Great location! Close to everything we needed. We had a two bedroom unit that had a nice living space and kitchen with dining room table. Worked well traveling with multiple adults.

The area was great, very accessible to the beach and restaurants. There were discount coupons for restaurants we didn’t learn about until we were leaving . Stairs were difficult for older people like me. Construction happening while we were there so it was messy in the courtyard. Room was fine. Plenty cool and clean.
