We were there for 13 nights as we toured London. Perfect location as the tube was a 6 minute walk. It is London, so we didn't expect air conditioning or an availability of ice cubes, but we had a heat wave for the entire stay. I, of course, don't blame Arriva...just a victim of circumstance lol. The price of our stay was very good for a 2-star hotel. Everything was clean and the service was efficient. Would definitely recommend Arriva!!

Clean, comfortable hotel, very close to Kings Cross.
The bed was comfortable and the shower good.
The reception area is a bit daunting and looks like a hostel, but don't be put off; staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
Perfect for an overnight stay with reasonable rates

I found our stay very good. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean. And only a quick walk to kings cross station.

Very friendly staff in a hotel designed for brief London visits. Small room, a bit tired but very clean. Handy for King's Cross and walking to visitor attractions.

The property was not as advertised. It did not have a breakfast or a restaurant on site. Neither of these are true, per the website. The hotel was very utilitarian. The room was extremely small. However, it was close to Kings Cross station which was convenient for our needs.
