The Ponce St. Augustine Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Overall this was a good hotel for the money. Bathroom was updated, bed was firm. It wasn't the most esthetically appealing, a mix of old and new. Our hotel room had an odd smell amd if we had stayed more than two nights I would have gotten an air freshener. The location was awesome. We caught the shuttle at the visitor center next door to go get on the trolley. The Rain Tree restaurant was a quick walk for dinner one night and was very good.

Beautiful place. Not far from the downtown area! We will be back to stay here again!!

Such a great place. Close enough to walk to Historic St Augustine if you need to get your daily steps in but right next to the trolley tour that can drop you off anywhere historic.

The building is old, but they did make an effort to repair and keep it up. The rooms are outside so I would categorize this as a motel but the sign states, "hotel." The AC unit sounded like it was on its death bed and kept me up most of the night rattling. The pool area is nice, and the employees go above and beyond during your stay. There is a cute little overpriced restaurant inside the front lobby area which I did not eat at during my stay. In order to get to most of the shops, Fountain of Youth, etc., you are going to have to walk 30 minutes or more. Plus, the hotel is right off the main highway, so you'll need to cross it which proved to be tricky since the pedestrian crosswalk light was broken. Overall, it was a good experience since the staff are so helpful. It cost more than it should, but everything is expensive in St. Augustine.

WE ENJOYED THE STAY. THE POOL WAS NICE. THE ROOMS WERE NICE BUT THE "QUEEN" BEDS WERE ACTUALLY DOUBLE BEDS. ALOT SMALLER THAN EXPECTED BUT THATS MY ONLY COMPLAINT. EVERYTHING ELSE WAS OK.

Excellent customer service, very polite ans friendly, AC works really good and the rooms were nice and clean, but , most important , location just perfect 👌. A +.

Newly remodeled. Clean rooms.

We were disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast. The restaurant was very small and did not offer much except cuban or something along that line that we don't eat. Room doors were very hard to open, stuck. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful. Amenities were not good. Used what we brought. Coffee was not replenished by housekeeping.
