Small issue with the shower curtain in our room not wanting to stay closed. Otherwise great.

The air conditioning was very poor. The AC kept turning off at night, and the room had poor ventilation. We could barely sleep because of the poor air conditioning. The tub in the washroom was extremely slow to drain, so we were unable to take a shower. The management should ensure proper air conditioning and plumbing before renting out the property. Very disappointed!

This a very average motel with no restaurant, no AC in rooms except a portable unit that was so noisy it was like a jet engine in the room. No central light in the room. Very old structure and needs to be brought up to date. And like all accommodation very expensive and for this motel I would never pay again

location was great, but we like a flat sheet included in our bedding and that is not available at Tonquin. Otherwise, nice stay

Only there for one night but staff were very helpful, rooms clean and could walk into Jasper easily. Thanks for a great stay!

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The only drawback was the portable A/C unit in the room was not able to keep up on a hot day

Stayed 2 nights there. It was a very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Its pool and hot tub are great.

Friendly & helpful staff. Clean beds & bathroom. Good accommodation with parking onsite near room. The floor was slightly noisy in areas due to being dated, but otherwise great accommodation!
