The room was spotless and the staff courteous. Given the fittings and amenities I felt what was missing was a small fridge. Breakfast was great although there don't seem to be any verification of the guests. Anyone could enter and have breakfast.

Stayed for 1 night with 3 kids Great spot as it was convenient for shopping and location. For it's price it was a great find and would recommend

First arrived and had requested a non smoking room. I paid a premium price for two nights. Got to the room and it reeked of smoke. Staff changed the room to a family room with three beds. No problem there really, but what was the problem is sewer gas was coming out of the bathroom floor drain. No matter how much water I put down the drain the sewer gas still came up and filled the bathroom and the room. It was miserable. Told staff but hotel was booked solid. Had to live with is. Staff was awesome but the room totally was dissipointing.

heck in was fast, room size was ok. Location was good as it is within walking distance to 2 nice malls . I have some points which should be highlighted; there is no window in the room, AC was not that cold, and the bathroom is not safe as there is steps within the bathroom that need extra caution to avoid falling down especially after taking a shower.

- Location is good and convenient. - Price is good. - Shower - no hot water on 1st day/night. - The toilet roll holder is so far from the toilet bowl. - The towel rack should be fixed on the wall in the shower area NOT above the toilet bowl esp when it is lose and about to drop out of the wall.
