Love it. Mitsui Garden is a very well-run hotel. It’s not anything glamorous, but going to a Mitsui Garden means you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable, clean, and relaxing to the highest degree. In my opinion, that’s infinitely more important than luxury without taste.

Great hotel in a good location, its in the business district but well connected and Osaka is very walkable. We had access to the lounge which was great for a coffee or a night cap. The Onsen was a great bonus, as was the laundry. Staff were super helpful and friendly. The free mini bus was brilliant for the station and we used it a lot as Osaka station takes you to Kyoto, Nara and Himeji. The drivers were very helpful and kind. Overall a good base to explore.

We had a room on a higher floor with access to primium amenities. Beautiful view. Very nice lounge. Free drinks in the evening and free continental breakfast.

The hotel and area are very well kept. The staff is very nice and helpful. The dislike was the uncomfortable bed and pillows. We could not get a full night rest after long days of travel and daily activities.
