Spacious room but poorly maintained. Very good Breakfast both Turkish and intercontinental food Bell hop very attentive and helpful

the hotel is much less than expectation. bathroom is terrible and food is less than normal.

25/26 housekeeping didn't put free water for both rooms, on 25 also toilet didn't put toilet paper.

When i checked in at 2:45 pm,the front desk told me that my room will be ready in 15 min. Then, 45 min later i went back and asked them about my room if its ready ? They said which room ! They forgot about me !!! At 3:50 pm they managed to find me a room .Paying $700 for 2 nights at a 4 star hotel i expected better reception & service !!!!! Best regards,, Mohd Al Hitmi Qatar

It is was very good, the over stay very good except they have loud music in 6 th floor and we can hear the sound s and the insulation between rooms not as it should be, staff friendly , parking staff very helpful and fast services
