My family loved our stay here. The location is great. Chick-fil-a, McDonalds and Starbucks are within walking distance. Super close to shopping as well. Was very close to the border as well. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were very helpful. The pool is good and was nice they had a few things for people to use while swimming. We will definitely stay here again

The hotel is very tired needs renovated They give us a wheelchair accessible room Which we did not ask for , The shower was a handheld shower and other issues , We asked to change rooms and they refused , We will not book again ,

Clean, helpful friendly staff. There was an annoying noise that we notify the front desk about the time they came up it had stopped, but then it started again and stopped and then started again in the middle of the night and stopped. It kept us from getting a good night sleep.

Positive comments: The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was roomy and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Other comments: I missed not having a mini bar. My sister and I arrived after 10 PM. We didn't get a chance to eat since noon. I didn't notice the snacks in the lobby until the next day. So, it's no a criticism of the hotel. Just a personal preference. I wished the hotel had a shuttle service to/from the airport or train. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the staff's helpfulness was much appreciated.
