Parking was 55 dollars, the staff only said hourly rate is 8 but failed to state that after 2 hours it will default to 55. This was for someone visiting who stayed just over 3 hours.

Parking was $55 a day...almost the same price of a room. There was no complimentary breakfast provided. I stayed 3 days and house keeping did not come to provide clean towels or make bed. Not to mention the drug addicts that hand around the parking garage. It was as if I was at a motel 6

More than one associate to do check in late at night so the process was smooth as there was quite a few checking in at the same time. Quiet once out of lobby. The shuttle ran 24/7 as advertised which was a huge relief. Breakfast is not included but the offerings are very good.

The pickup shuttle experience at airport isn’t good at all. Have been waiting there for more than one hour. Pet fees are charged and also an additional transfer fee is also charged for transferring to a room that allows pet-stay, which I don’t think quite fair.

This is my second stay at this hotel. I was once again greeted by beautiful Carolina at the front desk who welcomed me to the hotel. She is a true example of someone to represent the Hilton Garden. . I reminded her of my stay 2 years ago and she remembered me!!! My room was beautifully cleaned and the bathroom was shiny.. it was once again a great stay :)

Solid place for a 1-night stay following a late night arrival at LAX. The shuttle arrived quickly, check-in was fast, the bed was comfy, and the room was quiet. I slept solid all night. And I liked that the room had a coffee maker and an iron/ironing board. I would definitely stay here again.
