The element was clean and a nice hotel and had a very accommodating staff The only thing that makes me hesitate to stay here again is that we’re used to staying at hotels in the area and being able to leave our car in the parking lot on the day. We check out until we are done with the park. For example, the Hilton next-door Suncoast we usually stay there because we’re able to check out in the morning and leave our car there until we’re ready to pick it up instead of having to park it in the Disney garage. That works for us since we already paid for parking at the hotel. But overall, this hotel, the element offered a free breakfast, which is amazing and check-in was amazing

Perfect for family’s. Beds were extremely comfortable. Was able to make some of our own meals for our 4 kids. Breakfast was good. I really liked the 24 hour coffee/tea/water bar they had. The lounge was nice if you wanted to relax but not have to be stationed in the room. Staff was friendly/helpful/accommodating. House cleaning could be a bit better but overall was completely happy with everything. I would definitely stay here again.

The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. If you have loud neighbors, you will get no sleep. Even sleeping on the top floor, you can hear next door children running back and forth at all hours. It was a horrible experience.

Huge clean room with kitchenette and comfy beds. No need to pay extra for a room with a view of Disney. Overall impressed
