The room was small. Not sure how they got the camera in there to take the nice pictures they have online. 😅. The complimentary free parking is only if you are lucky to get one of the 4-5 spots in front of the house. I found the person working the reception desk not that helpful, so if you are new to the area or need help probably want to go to a bigger place where there is staff on call, physically in the location you are in. On a positive note, They did a nice job setting up breakfast in the breezeway which was pleasant to see and our room was clean.

We loved our one night stay here! Everything was very clean and the staff was very helpful in letting us do self check-in since we arrived after 5:30. The breakfast was perfect and I enjoyed the views in the courtyard.

Excellent, friendly check in. Beautiful grounds with very fragrant flowers. Comfortable room & clean! Thankful for the morning breakfast with individually wrapped pasteries, etc. Quiet neighborhood, too, with easy walk to Duval Street.

Air conditioning was great. Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was prepackaged bagels, danish, english muffins. They also had yogurt and cereals.

It was a nice short walk to Duval Street of only 10 to 12 minutes so that was a big plus not having to deal with parking. I liked the boards with suggestions of where to go and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend
