I liked the location of the hotel- within walking distance to the city centre, Attractions, and main railway station. Rooms were clean with free tea and coffee available in the room and a free Coffee machine available in reception. Didn’t have the breakfast. Parking available at a cost.

Room was comfortable, clean, spacious and with iron, hairdryer, tv, kettle, tea and coffee. Breakfast was ok but not great. Parking is great, easy to use, secure and plenty of space. Staff were friendly and professional. A very easy stay, I will use again

Terrible stay at the ibis. Advertised with ac which was worse than a hand fan. Could not sleep at all. Went to report the issue no one at the front desk. Never again will i come to the ibis. Avoid this place

Our room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front of the hotel, outside, looked very dirty, and gave me a bad first impression. No other issues with our stay. Good location.

Parking was simple underground and we parked at 11am and entered car reg at reception and then checked in later at 3pm. Great location for central location to Birmingham and JQ. Room was good, clean and bathroom and shower were good

We are happy with our stay in the hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful, clean rooms, and Breakfast buffet is free for kids. We will definitely recommend them, it’s good for family stay.

Clean hotel in good location with secure parking. One lift out of order but didn’t impact us too much. Air conditioning didn’t seem too effective and bathroom had a bad smell but staff were helpful and friendly
