Breakfast was very good, delicious homemade salsa to top it off. Room was nice, staff were nice enough. Tried to take a hot tub after two staff members told us where it was— no hot tub! Pool was pathetic looking too. It was a nice room, right off the freeway, reasonable price. Plenty of parking, they allow dogs and have lemonade at the check-in counter, and dog bones too! That was very sweet.

The breakfast wasn’t great. The eggs and hash browns were cold.

It was a small but clean room. The pool is very small, it only goes up to 4 ft, good for young children. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast in the morning made up for anything that was lacking. There was a great variety of food, fresh fruit & good coffee, included in the cost of the hotel. The location is great-not far from the freeway & in between San Jose, Los Gatos & just about a half an hour drive to Santa Cruz. Over all, it was a nice place to stay & I would stay there again.

Overall, we had a nice stay there, the room was very nice just a little small and cramped. a minor issues, there were 2 remotes for the tv, 1 to turn it on and the other to select channels and set the volume. They did have a microwave in the breakfast area to heat your breakfast, you know how hotel food is never really hot. Overall, it was a good stay except for someone pounded on our door at 11:00pm and that was a disturbance to our nightly sleeping.

Super clean, cute hotel in an adorable city. We loved our stay here!

CLEAN PROPERTY IN AN EXCELLENT LOCATION. Water pressure and freshness of fruits needs improvement. For example Banana was overripe and I would have appreciated fresh berries.

A Clean Stay with a Few Drawbacks The property was well-maintained inside and out — clean throughout, with fresh sheets and towels in the room. The front desk staff was a standout; the woman who checked us in was exceptionally warm and thorough, walking us through breakfast, WiFi, and all the amenities without us having to ask. That said, a few things gave us pause. Both the lobby and our room carried an overwhelming air freshener scent that, rather than being welcoming, seemed to be masking an underlying mildew smell, noticeable enough to mention. We weren't informed at the time of booking that we'd be placed in a handicap-accessible room. A heads-up would have been appreciated. Noise was another issue. We could clearly hear the neighboring guests' conversations through the walls, and heavy footsteps from the room above made for a less restful stay than we'd hoped for. Overall, it's a clean, affordable option with genuinely friendly staff, but light sleepers or those sensitive to smells.
