Check in was rough, the clerks didn’t want to help us cause we’ve booked on Expedia. But then they did breakfast was good choices and coffee or tea was available all the time.

Breakfast is served with portion, it was good, they offer lots of accessories if you forgot something, it’s under construction right now, that’s annoying, would stay again.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable because it was so hard. It was like sleeping on a wooden plank. I can't really speak about the rest of the room's cleanliness because I accidentally booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. We had a very very bad time. We were supposed to stay two nights but left a day early because we didn't sleep. Even if it was a non-smoking room, I don't think I would stay here again because of the bed.

Front desk staff were very quick, attentive, and helpful with check in and any requests, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. The room was comfortable and clean. I would easily come here again.
