The room was clean enough. However, it felt very damp. Even with the air conditioner on full blast. The bed was awful! There was a major dip on the right side. Felt like sleeping in a ditch. And the left side felt like a huge bump. And we could feel the springs. Just awful. The breakfast options were ok. But the powdered eggs coming out of a plastic bag. Not appetizing at all. And the oatmeal was watery. Would not stay again.

Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyed the jacuzzi tub room and hot tub on site. Our room had a balcony and the free breakfast was good! 5 minutes from Walmart and Chick Fil A, it’s a great spot to stay downtown Branson!

So it's really clean but the room smelled like mildew . Not sure if it was the air conditioner or the jetted tub. Also very outdated as far as furniture and everything else. Bed was ok pillows were terrible. For 159.00 dollars I was hoping for a little nicer.

Clean hotel but very outdated and loud!! Main door into the building never locked. So found it to be not too safe.

Location is the general same as all the other hotels but it is close to the theater district. It is a nice property, well maintained and easy to get too. It is really nice having 2 pools and the breakfast is good as well.
