Clean rooms, kind staff, and really convenient after a long journey! We hopped off our plane, onto the Haruka Express train, and walked across the station and up the escalator to the hotel. Buffet restaurant on site had lots of great options.

Location of this property was absolutely amazing for everything. Being on site at Kyoto station was a game changer and there are 1 million stores and food and beverages for days.. The only thing that was annoying is that it didn’t have on-site laundry at all and to use the fitness facility or the Swimming swimming pool was an extra charge. We also have a 17 and 13-year-old who are not allowed to use the pool as they were under 18.

Location is superb connected to train station, take some time to figure out though. Staff is helpful. Overall good experience

Highly recommend this hotel! Everyone was so accommodating. Our flight got cancelled so we arrived a day late, but we didn’t have any issues at all upon arrival. The staff spoke perfect English at the front desk, concierge, and bell desk. The hotel is conveniently located in Kyoto Station with a 7-11 just downstairs and several nearby restaurants in the Porta Dining basement. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and bathroom amenities (hairbrush, toothbrush, comb, shower cap, disposable stick razors, soap, bath salts, hair ties, q-tips, etc.) stocked up each day.

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at. It was shockingly quiet considering that the morning commute at Kyoto station is so busy. Highly recommend this hotel.
