The staff were incredibly helpful and informative. The room was spotless and beds comfy. We had no issues throughout our stay. The restaurant was clean and buffet style breakfast was fresh with a fair amount of choice. The location is brilliant with a short walk to town and the offer of a lower price car parking was appreciated and very easy to arrange. I’d stay again!

Hotel was in a great location, we would stay again for that reason. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that let it down was it felt a bit grotty around the hotel, not something the hotel can do anything about.

Just got married first morning only one coffee machine not working I paid a lot money for two rooms . Breakfast was worst . And car park a con about go reception NCP reduced cost it never worked paid £35.00 to get out so I could continue to work and I had to walk all the way round up stairs terrible experience so no we are not happy with raddison blu Birmingham. Wouldn’t mind but spent fortune and at bar the hotel is basic .

No real complaints, unfortunately there had been a water leak in the corridor outside our room so a large container on wheels had been placed there to catch the water. In hind sight it may have been better not to use the room until the leak had been repaired which was actually being carried out when we arrived.
