Nice location, Apartment was great, it was just a shame the indoor pool was not open at the moment as the air is a little to cold for the outdoor pool at this time of year in the late afternoon/evening. Hopefully when we stay again it will be operational.

Indoor pool and sauna under renovation for weeks and they didn’t even mentioned when booking. Left as soon as I found out and ask for a refund.

The location was excellent, the room was absolutely perfect and the staff were superb. We were very fortunate to be on level 8 to enjoy a beautiful sunrise every morning. Added to all that, the secure, underground car park was also spot on. The local shopping centre was an easy flat walk away.

High rise apartments in the middle of high rise jungle and well away from the beach; the building must be constructed during the property boom period with paper thin walls between each apartments: we can hear the neighbors’ spark tube rumbling and they were cleaning their rooms.

The room was fab with a great view and the amenities that I needed . I was aware that the indoor pool was out of action but not to the extent that the works were . When I arrived I got to an area fenced for works , so had no idea how to get into the hotel . Luckily a kind resident helped me . Also the outdoor pool was out of action for 2 days which wasn’t brilliant . I understand works happen but a better brief g would have been nice , I would have perhaps booked somewhere else . However once the works are done I would recommend it to anyone

Our apartment was very clean and refreshed inside. Quiet and had a good view towards the ocean. The staff were very helpful. A big thankyou to (Michael?) who was very helpful in securing a vase and does an excellent job keeping the property immaculate. The outside pools/spa were good but starting to need a little upkeep in the future. A few extra kitchen tools are needed to help with cooking. Would definitely stay again.
