SWEDEN Hotel and Apartment

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Overall, the stay was OK. The first room was dirty, but we were able to switch to another room that was cleaner. Room is spacious. Bed was not made daily. There was no daily room cleaning. The front desk staffs were not friendly and not helpful at all.

The room was advertised at 35M2, it is around 20 (count the tiles on the floor, i worked in construction). Staff is bearly interested by the client. Went to the front desk, nobody, a man was lying on the sofa near by, waited 2 minutes, the man stand up and went behind the front desk !! he was an employee. Cleaning is not done, cleaning ladies are sympathic, but need prescription glasses to see dirt, i put a small piece of toilet paper next to the toilet, stayed there the whole week, no proper cleaning, they do a very quick cleaning. and the little cleaning they do bring hairs from other rooms (cant explain how long hair was coming everyday in our bathroom when with my wife we have short hairs) overwize the hotel was quiet at night, in a good location, with restaurant, bar, laundry and beach all around. This hotel need management !!!!!

Horrible beds - bed coils come through the mattress cover; hurts to sit on, much less try to sleep. Construction noise every where. Pictures on expedia are older than me. Bait and switch advertising by dishonest co-conspirator expedia. Had no working shower (How does the maid miss that???), put me into last available room: no working shower. Cancelled reservation further. Expedia argued with me on that, too. Expedia won't give me my money back??? It's a cave without a shower

Home away from home! Will visit again. 100% recommend.
