This Resort is great! It has a 24hr bakery and other convenient shops and restaurants. The pool area was perfect! We loved being away from the strip but close enough to visit and close to other attractions like the Hoover Dam and Pioneer Saloon. The views from the room were incredible and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. We stayed in a Luxury room. The only thing was that there was a lot of hair in the shower that was not cleaned off. I noticed it towards the end of our trip as it blended into the shower wall due to the tile pattern. I would say even if it looks clean they should still be scrubbing it after each guest. Everything else was perfect. I would stay here again and the location was ideal.

I met the sweetest front desk staff. She and I struck up a short conversation. But in that time, she remembered our conversation enough that I later received a note under my room door wishing me well on that topic. We’ll be back! Thank you for the great hospitality.

The only complaint I have is in the room they had a flashing light that kept flashing all night long. I never got any sleep

Outstanding first stay at the M! Everyone we met there were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Convenient, and more than ample parking. We will definitely be staying there every time we go to Las Vegas. Thank you, and all the best to the people of the M Resort and Spa. The Clows
