Star Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Wonderful. The room was spotless and way above what i expected. 5 mins to the tube station and a further 5 minutes to the Apollo. I would certainly use this place again.

Decent sized family room when we struggled to find anywhere else near to the Empress Showroom for the Come Alive show. Clean and secure, nice enough room, nice staff. Close to Hammersmith tub station

The young lady at the desk with the dark hair was excellent. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I wish I could remember her name but alas I cannot. Thank you for your hospitality.

Cute, clean, and sweet staff. Very laid back. Busy street is a bit noisy, and no breakfast included...those were the only negative things I had to say. Would highly recommend.

Clean room, good location

The Star hotel was lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and it is close to everything. I would stay here again.

Soy de Puerto Rico y no hablo mucho inglés, pero ellas me atendieron de maravilla con las direcciones y todo lo demás excelente. Estuvimos 3 días.

The location is very good. Close to the tube which will take you anywhere. The room was very small but to be expected. The reality is the bed was as hard as granite, only beaten by the pillows which were somehow made from reinforced concrete. When we asked for an extra pillow we were told the place was fully booked so no extra pillows were available. Same seemed true for decent towels. The toiletries were not replenished and as such we had to go to the nearby Tesco and buy our own. No big deal but why offer the product and not supply the service?? The bed linen was not changed during our 5 day stay, the room was incredibly hot with all heating turned off yet no remote for the air con was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open, however the police station is 75m down the road so you can imagine the amount of sirens during the night. The TV did not work and when advised the receptionist stated to check again the next day otherwise she would have to call a maintenance person. Couldn’t be bothered and neither could we to be honest. And no, we don’t go to London from Australia to watch TV but late at night when you get back to your room, it’s nice to relax with a bit of background noise. Also might have helped drown out the neighbours as the walls are paper thin. There are multiple hotels in the row, I’d suggest choosing one of those.

The hotel was okay a bit old but room was okay clean but nothing woow. Area is safe i can say . Just keep in mind if you have luggage you are going to lug it up the stairs its very annoying its an old house made into hotel.
