Winzelle Suites

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Black mold in bathrooms, bugs and fly’s in shower cracks, broken window held together by a plastic bag, no cover for electrical outlet which could cause serious injury or death. Ac unit not properly insulated and outside air is exposed around the unit, the water from faucets were black, dirty mirrors, stains on bed sheets. A patch on a toilet which could break any moment. We come from the United States and the only good thing about this place was the price and staff. The property owner obviously doesn’t care about property maintenance or safety of its customers.

Few things, no mirror, no remote but was replaced, fan very noisy, shower leaking and not to much space for clothes storage. On the plus staff were awesome and location is good. Value for the money but could have been better.

Great experience

Staff were unorganized. No elevator working. The rooms were in terrible condition. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty towel on the floor. Sink faucet water goes everywhere. Shower head needs to be cleaned .

The hotel needs a lot of work old mattress, stained sheets, dirty walls, kids upstairs being loud

Their toilet was filled with limescale which was really disappointing. They didn't even inform us that we need to inform them before they will clean the room so our room wasn't cleaned for 2 days as we just turned on the make up room switch. The staff were okay. After a couple of days, their lift was out of order so we needed to take the stairs every time and it was really a struggle on the day of our check out as we had 3 large luggages. Thankfully, the security guard was kind enough to help us bring our stuff at the reception area after I asked him.

My stay at Winzelle suites was marvelous. I enjoyed the silence and calmness of the area. The lift was so modern and silent. It was really a great holiday.. The accessibility right deep in the center of the city with abundant public transport, well respectful, helpful and dedicated professional staff. Without a doubt, i will be back even though the internet was not as great as it should be..

Visitor was not allowed because of covid-19 pandemic or what? We have to stay in the lobby which is not so big the space is small, no elevator-out of order -
