Breakfast was great and always fresh. The AC worked very well, the room was clean, and the housekeeping team was very polite and professional. The only issue I faced during this stay was with one of the reception staff members, who was uncooperative and did not follow the reservation details correctly. The situation became frustrating to the point that I was considering cancelling my stay. However, the Duty Manager, Mr. Ahmed Said, handled the situation professionally and resolved everything in the right way. Also, during check-out, Mr. Yousof Motaz was very cooperative, efficient, and helpful. Overall, thanks to the support and professionalism of the management team, my experience ended positively.

Although we picked a non smoking room on a non smoking floor the entire floor stank of cigarette (and other) smoke. Room had clearly been smoked in as well and smelled strongly of stale tobacco smoke. Furniture was dated. Cleanliness was adequate. Wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.
