From photos i assumed the room booked was with a balcony. Bit dissapointed to be given a room with no windows. Room was clean though. Hotel was nice though with live music. Close to surrounding activities in the area and the motorway.

Great location and convenient. Room was basic but had everything we needed for a layover on our way to the airport. The only couple things were the over powering deodoriser smell walking through the corridors to and from our room, was very strong that we could almost taste it. The other thing was the bistro, went for dinner and ordered a bowl of chips with gravy poured on top, my chips came out lukewarm bordering cold and the gravy was cold, the waitress was good when told and we received a replacement bowl. We found these things very minor and overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The lady I spoke to was super nice , the beds are sooooo comfy and the shower was amazing !! Will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area

Room 32 (Studio). An older budget hotel. Bar facilities and restaurant handy and reasonable. Appreciated the "Senior's" dinner. Room small and not in great condition with dirty windows, some flys & mossy's. Shower and bathroom fine and plenty of hot water. Hallways etc need an upgrade as does painting of walls and holes in doors etc. Continental cereal breakfast was appreciated. Would recommend larger outside room if booking.

The staff were exceptional. But the fact that there was no lifts to get to the top floors was a big issue as we are in our late 60ies and find that stairs are not an option for us so for that reason we would not stay again .
