Sandy Spring Hotel

Clean. Close to Beach Rd. Ten minute to Central Pattaya Mall.

Everything was great!

It was a terrible experience at this hotel. We booked 2 nights but just ran away after 1 night. Firs impression was very bad as very ruff and rude welcome by receptionist. I recommend this slogan that THAI SMILE must be emitted from our mind because we didn't face any smile and welcoming behavior from this Hotel. Receptionist's accent was very grumpy like she had just been growled by her boss and taking revenge from us. Most terrible experience was breakfast which wasn't buffet while we were given just 4 options to choose one, boiled eggs were very low boiled as when we peeled them a dirty and smelly water was dropping. We complaint about it and didn't get others while we were too late and we left the table. Very broken heart experience. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND ....NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL, but yes if you have adventurous nature then you can go to face such horrible experience.

Great location and view of beach

The hotel is good, however my check-in was the worst I have ever experienced due to having to prove that I had a booking and paid, this process took what felt like 20-30 minutes and was a bad start to my holiday.

Staff were very friendly It’s central to the coffee bars, street food, beach, McDonalds and Starbucks The room was clean Tea/coffee/ kettle/fridge Flat screen tv (which we never in fact use) Parking on site We’d stay there again when in town

Staff was nice and location was good except for some of the abandoned buildings next-door that’s probably not their fault. It just looks bad. The hotel is rough and needs a lot of work. Wires sticking out of the wall with no lights connected. furniture is really bad, ac controls are from the 1900s, there’s gapes and holes in the room doors, They force you to turn off ac when you leave, the last thing I want to come home to after being at the beach all day is a hot room.Theres stuff piled everywhere.

Staff were fantastic I had room 307 which was basically 2 rooms in one,massive,great AC everything is easily walkable while the soi the hotel is on is very quiet,great massage shop opposite too.

It's an older Hotel but clean ... Close to the beach and far enough away from the noise ... Staff was helpful ... Location was everything !!! ...
