We were happy with the one bedroom apartment over-all. The partial view of the ocean was really nice from the balcony. The building is nice with two pools- one that overlooks the ocean and also has a large shallow area so nice for kids. We ran into a problem because the power in the apartment went out all day Sunday- so it got a bit hot and the wifi wasn't working (so could not do work). This was a business trip with some vacation added in when possible, so no wifi and uncomfortable indoors (while working) was tough.

Es una propiedad en promedio de las no tan accesibles, esperaba un lugar para buen descanso, el colchon de la habitacion 501 es muy viejo, se hundia al medio. Los accesos a la playa son malisimos, es por el garaje desde el lobby. Tiene un buen lodge y gym, las piscinas son de buen tamaño para tanta gente que no va a la playa por el sargazo y mal olor. Los servicios de playa no los he probado por este motivo. Le falta un cafe, bar o al menos maquinas en los lugares comunes. La ropa de cama y toallones podria ser mucho mejor para una uinidad de mas de 400 usd la noche

The pool on the first floor is under repair, and we were not informed of this beforehand when we made our reservation.

Great location. Condo was as advertised. Works well for families. Heated pools were wonderful. Restaurant next door was lovely. Great location for exploring Miami Beach.

The hallway was not clean at all. The unit itself is spacious but extremely outdated. The sheets were old and so thin. The mattress had a big gross stain, and the the closet doors could barely open and close. For the price we paid, I had expected something way better. That being said it is a great location, access to beach, pool, hot tub etc.
