Clean and comfortable room with a small massage chair, friendly and helpful staff. Extremely convenient location. The all-you-can-eat breakfast is delicious, love the homemade tofu!

Overall a decent stay. Great location to Kokura Station, only a 3-5 min walk to get there. Unfortunately, no complimentary breakfast but there are many food options nearby. Rooms were standard business hotel rooms, nothing to rave about. My best experience here was my interaction with customer service. They were professional and friendly and went beyond my expectations.

Great bathroom and conveniently located close to the station. Room was spacious enough and bed was good. Overall enjoyed our short stay!

The staff was very generous in kind. The facilities are very clean. I had the ability to wash my clothes. And the breakfast in the morning was delicious. I needed to do late checkout, and I was able to do it for another hour for 1000 yen. I look forward to my return.

The rooms were dirty, the first room the shower had some residue still on the wall and small chunks of possible hair products. Moved to another room, just slightly less dirty. Staff was absolutely amazing, but this hotel wouldn’t be my first choice.
