Great value for money

I booked at this motel . The first thing when got into room heater didn't work because the wall plug was damaged, so had to go and see them then got sorted put the TV on and the tv/sky did not work at all so had to see them again and then said oh yeah sorry they didn't come today to fix it . And also the jug didn't turn itself off . so moved me to another room at this time its 730 at night cold and then had to rush to get ready to go out . The second room hole in a door not fixed at all the shower head was spraying all over the place so done what I could to fix it to be honest there where other things only little but this place is cheaper but now see why they don't say about the internet or other things take your money and give you your key send you on ya way to find your room . This place is only if I had to stay there place for me to stay I have paid same price I other places and far better service didn't leave me standing there waiting for 15 mins or so while 1 was on the phone and another was doing nothing so all in all poor rating

For 2 nights in a row this irritating alarm went off in the middle of the night and I could not sleep. It was on each time for over an hour.

Room in good condition, clean and staff were friendly. Could do with a new sofa/pull out bed. There was only 2 of us, and didnt require a pullout bed, and was uncomfortable to sit on during the day/evening. Otherwise was sufficient for the length of time we were there (9days) close to the city

We had everything we needed, it was perfect.
