The hotel has no AC, if you are traveling by car there is not access to the hotel, nor is there parking on site. The only option is a public parking lot. They do provide a free shuttle service that picks you up every 30 minutes, however if the shuttle is full, you have to wait another 30 minutes, and if you arrive in the afternoon the shuttle leaves you two blocks from the hotel and you have to walk with your luggage.

Great location, beautiful room with a view of the lake. Staff was friendly. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that our room was not in the main building and was quite a bit further away.and dark at night time.

Good breakfast. Stayed in an older building and needed to climb stairs. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent.

Its a very amazing property Just steps away from Ferry pier Staff were very friendly answering all the queries and suggesting the best spots across the village to make the best experiences during Hallstatt visit
