Absolutely perfect. The staff remembered us by name and remembered all of my families preferences. The food was impeccable. The infinity pool was relaxing and scenic. Our host Vika greeted us daily at breakfast and inquired if there was anything to make our stay better. The shuttle to Ubud allowed us to see the Monkey forest, Ubud Palace, and the Ubud market. The room was spacious and spotless. An absolute 5 star experience. I would not change a things. Tremendous value for the price.

Shuttle ready at airport when we cleared customs. The hotel is a tropical oasis nestled on a hillside next to a river. Clean and comfortable. Excellent staff anxious to help. From here you would not know there is a city nearby.

Room was very clean, staff were outstandingly friendly & helpful. Breakfast buffet was SO good with changing options for each day so you never got bored. Food was very good at the restaurant - nice mix of Indonesian & American dishes. Loved this place. Felt very safe & secure here

Amazing stay at Sthala for 3 nights! Located a bit outside the noisy and busy ubud centre you get your own slice of jungle paradise in this hotel which has basically everything you could ask for - gym, spa, amazing rooftop bar and restaurant with huge breakfast buffet and beautiful views of sunset for the daily happy hour on the rooftop bar! All the staff we met went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend this stay to anyone in ubud looking for good accomodation. There is also multiple shuttles a day for free that run between ubud centre and the hotel, approx 30-50min depending on traffic!

My overall stay was wonderful—the room, the location, and the atmosphere were all excellent. The only issue I experienced was at the bar. When I entered, the servers offered me a seat and asked if I would like a drink. I said yes, and they told me they would bring me the menu. Unfortunately, after waiting for more than 15 minutes, no menu ever arrived. Meanwhile, other guests who came after me were served promptly. This situation made me feel a bit overlooked, so I eventually decided to return to my room. Aside from this, everything else about my stay was great, and I would still recommend this place.
