Easy check in as booked online. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Easy access to train line, Ubahn and buses. Also a lovely beer garden on the way back from the train!

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast was plentiful. Would stay again. Transport from hotel easy and very reasonably priced compared to UK.

It was a really pleasant experience all around, with staffs being very friendly and helpful. The rooms were also warm and clean.

Stayed there for a few hours as I had a changing flight. The room looked outdated. Silicone sealant of the bathroom sink was dirty and looked peeled off. Toilet was in between the wall and shower wall which was a bit uncomfortable. There were stains on the wall. There was no kettle. Before checking in I left my luggage with the reception. They left my luggage literally outside the reception desk and in front of the sliding entrance door. Anyone could reach out for it from the street and snatch it which isnot secure at all. It was okay for a few hours but woulnt be happy staying overnight.

The hotel is located in a great area with easy access to buses, shops, and everything you might need. My room had plenty of natural light and a nice view. The staff were extremely kind and always helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The internet connection was strong as well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
