LOTTE CITY HOTEL GIMPO AIRPORT

The staff working at restaurant is very kind and helpful.

The room was clean and the beddings were comfy and crispy. However the hallway smells unpleasant as like someone is smoking. I stayed twice on separate days on a different floor and it smelled the same. The staffs are very attentive and easy to work with. I had to ask two different luggage help one pick up for my friend and a few luggage for me for another short trip. Nothing messed up and luggages and instrument were all in good condition while away.

Liked condition of hotel and it's proximity to the airport.

The location next to Gimpo airport and the indoor Mall makes for a perfect vacation location if travelling within South Korea or to places like Japan. We had a enjoyable stay.

For a one night airport stay, this did the job perfectly. Very close to the airport - we arrived late so couldn't walk via the mall, but it was less than 5 minutes walk overground and step free. As other reviewers have expressed worry about this access from outdoors, let me tell you how you reach the hotel without using the mall: Exit via gate 1 of arrivals hall Turn left and walk to the crossing. Cross and walk straight ahead over three crossing - you can see the mall and the hotel you are heading for. You then walk across a small park-like area. Stay to the left and you walk around the circle in the middle, Cross to the mall building. Turn to the right and walk a few feet to the hotel entrance. Also worth noting that although we left before the mall was open in the morning, you can still access the railway and airport via the closed Mall - there is a security guard as the lift opens who directed us to where the railway station was. Getting back to the room - it was clean, comfortable and all you need for a one night stay. We upgraded to the 'airport view' room and honestly I wouldn't bother because it is literally a view of the front of the airport, not what is suggested in the photos. Glad we chose this hotel - no frills, but did the job

It is the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the airport. It is huge. It’s a 5 minute walk at most. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. On the ground floor there is a shopping mall with dozens of restaurants and other shops including a grocery store for those on a budget. The buffet was nice but nothing special. Overall, it exceeded my expectations.
