Located in the top of the mountains The French chateau village or accomodation is a very good concept A lot cooler than in the city Nice breeze and beautiful walking around at night Felt safe The food at night is limited to buffet style Majority of daytime shops and restaurants are closed by 5pm One thing that I note Favouritism occur if you can speak Vietnamese As foreigners you get a little bit of attitude We had problem with our wifi and u get the chateau or accomodation that I far away from the central hub. These are given to the local tourist group. If u don’t mind the crowds then Bana hills is one of the perfect get away in Vietnam

We had a great stay and really enjoyed our experience at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. The place was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful views. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. It’s a great place to relax, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!!

A great idea if you want to experience ba na hills without all the crowds. Go out at night after the last cable car leaves and see the village crowd free. Hit golden hour at the bridge for another crowd free experience there. The bridge gets so packed you can’t move during the day. The hotel itself was a bit dated in some areas. The bathroom we had, had a toilet in a stall that was even tight for me and I’m only 5’2”- so my 6’ tall husband could barely move in there. We couldn’t figure out the AC but luckily it was a chilly night when we went so we didn’t really need it, the ceiling fan was enough for us. Beds were a bit hard, but for only one night we made it work. Breakfast buffet was awesome! So many options to choose from. I wouldn’t do ba na hills in any other way personally.

We did not expect to pay extra to go to up for checking. Everything cost high especially foods and drinks. We don't mind to pay but the foods did not taste good. Restaurants and others are not available after 3 pm except Alacart. The hotel is too small and not comfortable. I don't recommend anyone to stay over if someone wants to visit.
