Ibis Budget Brisbane Airport

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Noise noise NOISE!! Slamming doors all night long. People talking loudly in their rooms but sounds like it was right next to you..Sirens outside deafening all night. Rooms had the feel of a prison cell or old hospital room. Seriously find an extra $50.and good somewhere else. I would of had a very sleep in the bus shelter act the road.

Stayed on the third floor and there is NO LIFT, had to carry bags up stairwell, never again. Breakfast included, no milk for coffee, make your own, had corn flakes and muesli only, make your own toast with staff topping up bread with no hygiene and bare hands. Definitely as described - Budget ( at a price)

The receptionist did not explain anything just asked for id and card and just taped our card without explaining why or what he was doing. One of the children’s bed had no Doona on it. Cracks in all the walls and only has stairs to access the upper levels

We had a late afternoon hours check in organised with hotel, were told we would receive a text or email before arrived at Brisbane airport. We received no notification from the hotel and we were stranded at Brisbane airport. Paid for a room we did not get.

The property was easy to find and the parking was easy

The hot water was not hot at all. For the price it should be better wont be staying again.

I had no hot water for a shower. Other then that it was fine.

We booked the property and minutes after booking we realised we booked the wrong date and attempted to contact Expedia who were no help what's so ever and told us to contact the hotel. After 2 weeks of attempts we contacted the hotel directly and were told we needed to do it through Expedia. When I told them how unhelpful Expedia were the booking was changed. We were concerned however that there was no conformation so we contacted the hotel again who sent us a screen shot of the changed booking. On the day of arrival we received no communication from Expedia or the hotel and arrived at 11 pm to find reception closed and no way of entering the property. It was discovered at 11:30 when another arrival who had been give access to a lock box that we also had been left an envelope in the box with a room key so after being stuck outside we were then able to access the property. Next we discovered that there was no room number so we had to make another call to ask which room we were in. After all this we got sleep and checked out in the morning. The following week, the day before our original booking I started receiving texts and email about check-in 6 days after we actually stayed at the property.. Expedia will never be used by our family again.
